Hundreds of drawings with chalk on a blackboard give life to this animation. The action recalls the myth of Sisyphus, a repetitive, fruitless and obsessive act that builds an existential claustrophobic space.
A hand tries to keep a series of plates in continuous movement, confirming the impossibility of holding so many actions simultaneously.
This work proposes a reflection on the diffuse borders between the public and the private and the daily overload in the exercise of diverse roles and functions specifically fulfilled by women.
Cientos de dibujos con tiza sobre pizarrón dan vida a esta animación. La acción recuerda el mito de Sísifo, un acto repetitivo, infructuoso y obsesivo que construye un espacio existencial claustrofóbico. Una mano intenta mantener en movimiento contínuo una serie de platos, confirmando la imposibilidad de sostener tantas acciones simultáneamente. Este trabajo propone una reflexión sobre las difusas fronteras entre lo público y lo privado y la sobrecarga cotidiana en el ejercicio de los diversos roles y funciones que cumplen específicamente las mujeres.
